Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales and distribution of consumer products across assigned Balikpangan territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets and key stakeholders
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends
- Ensure optimal product availability and timely delivery to distribution channels
- Develop and implement localized sales strategies to achieve regional targets
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product positioning and promotions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Balikpangan and Kalimantan Timur retail landscape
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Valid driver's license for field visits
