In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales territories, building strong relationships with distributors and retail partners, and ensuring our products achieve maximum visibility. Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to manage and grow the customer base in the Banjarnegara territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper product placement and visibility in retail outlets.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new product launches and promotional activities.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Must possess a valid SIM C driver's license and have a personal vehicle available for use.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and be highly target-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • High level of professionalism and dedication to sales excellence.
