Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by management.
- Identify, approach, and establish relationships with new retail outlets, distributors, and partners in the assigned territory.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and business plans on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and ensure optimal product visibility.
- Ensure all sales documentation and records are up to date and compliant with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage for regional travel.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
