Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee-based beverages according to company standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert recommendations to enhance their purchase experience.
- Actively promote product offerings to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace that adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and handle cash with integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to ensure product availability.
- Build positive relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a retail sales environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
