Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Blitar region
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Present and sell company products to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity summaries
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous sales experience in retail or consumer products is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English language skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of the Blitar region and local market is a plus
