Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors in the Bogor region
- Exceed sales targets through effective selling strategies and market penetration
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail/consumer products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
- Deep understanding of Bogor area market dynamics
