Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and renovation sectors
- Promote and sell building materials products to contractors, developers, and retail customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline
- Provide product knowledge and technical guidance to customers
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product availability
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials or retail
- Strong understanding of construction materials and their applications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English language skills are advantageous
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Resident of Denpasar or willing to relocate
