Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain relationships with cafe owners and managers in the Jakarta region
- Present and promote cafe product lines to new and existing clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and track performance metrics
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (cafe products preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets consistently
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Knowledge of Jakarta's cafe industry landscape
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Valid Indonesian work permit (if applicable)
