Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and expand hospital accounts through strategic relationship-building with key clinical and procurement stakeholders
- Drive sales growth for the cardiac portfolio through product demonstrations and clinical education
- Execute tender processes and sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Provide on-site clinical support during procedures to ensure optimal product utilization
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for healthcare providers
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for performance review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related medical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales or clinical sales
- Strong knowledge of cardiac procedures and healthcare regulations
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driving license and willingness for frequent hospital visits
