As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for managing counter operations, assisting customers in selecting the right building materials, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide personalized assistance with product selection.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of inventory levels, product specifications, and pricing.
- Handle cash register operations and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Keep the sales counter area clean, organized, and well-stocked with promotional materials.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, counter service, or customer support is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and assist with light inventory tasks.
