Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell dental materials to clinics, laboratories, and hospitals in the Klang Valley territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals and key decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to potential clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or Dental Sciences preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, healthcare/dental industry advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus with proven relationship-building abilities
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Results-oriented with demonstrated achievement of sales targets
