Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell the company's well-known consumer products to retail outlets and distributors
- Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base in the Bekasi region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the FMCG sector
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with team members to implement effective sales strategies
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows and industry events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members
- Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of local market in Bekasi and surrounding areas
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to work
