Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the local market in Medan is highly desirable
