Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client outreach
- Present and demonstrate furniture products to potential and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and corporate clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and maintain accurate sales documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Provide regular sales reports and performance metrics to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in retail or furniture industry preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
