Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with garment retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and cold outreach
- Present product catalogs, negotiate contracts, and close sales agreements
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Track sales performance and prepare monthly progress reports
- Attend industry trade shows and exhibitions to generate leads
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and pricing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in textile or garment manufacturing
- Proven track record meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of garment production processes and quality standards
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel within Wonogiri and surrounding areas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
