Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas within the designated territory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Avelon Healthcare's products and solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and penetrate new accounts to expand market share and achieve growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans to management.
- Attend industry conferences, workshops, and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and networking opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.
