Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the Isabela region.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with retail accounts and key distributors.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and ensure optimal shelf placement.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share by acquiring new retail partners.
- Analyze sales reports and market data to provide actionable insights for territory growth.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional programs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing partner inquiries and resolving supply chain issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales or territory management, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in sales reporting, data analysis, and basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory of Isabela.
