Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of pharmaceutical products and medical equipment to meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed technical information to clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports with actionable insights
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely product delivery
- Train clients on product usage and benefits to maximize adoption
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or B2B sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Jambi region
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
