Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned distribution channels
- Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure product availability and display quality
- Manage accounts receivable and collection processes effectively
- Implement promotional activities in designated retail zones
- Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Submit daily/weekly sales performance reports to management
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize product distribution
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales experience in distribution/retail sector
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
- Valid driver's license (SIM C) for frequent travel
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Familiarity with consumer products in East Nusa Tenggara
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
