- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in Mindoro territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners
- Conduct regular field visits to promote products and ensure optimal shelf presence

- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and performance metrics

Kualifikasi
- 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in retail/consumer goods
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and trade sales
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mindoro region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
