Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell premium Alpinestars motorcycle helmets and apparel products
- Conduct active canvassing and business development across Jabodetabek area
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and end-customers
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and technical specifications to customers
- Collaborate with team members to implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail or consumer products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Valid motorcycle license preferred (not mandatory)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
