Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share across North Luzon.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing retail clients and distributors.
- Conduct regular site visits and product presentations to potential and existing accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable feedback to management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Deep knowledge of the North Luzon territory and local business landscape.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
