Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process customer orders for oil products efficiently and accurately
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth and retention
- Actively promote and sell the company's oil product portfolio to meet monthly targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Participate in regular sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred in business/marketing
- Minimum 1 year sales experience, preferably in energy, petroleum, or FMCG sector
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in order management systems and basic office software
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet/exceed sales objectives
- Willingness to undergo continuous product knowledge training
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if field visits required)
