Are you a motivated sales professional looking to join a leading FMCG company? Cimory Group is currently seeking a dedicated Sales Taking Order professional to support our operations across the Greater Jakarta area. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the order processing flow, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for our retail partners.
As part of the Cimory team, you will work closely with our General Trade (GT) channels, visiting various outlets in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Barat, and Jakarta Pusat to ensure timely order fulfillment. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to driving sales growth through exceptional service.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process incoming orders from retail partners accurately and efficiently via phone or digital platforms.
- Visit assigned General Trade (GT) channels across Greater Jakarta to collect orders and update client databases.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding product availability and delivery schedules.
- Provide accurate product information, including pricing and promotional offers, to clients.
- Ensure all sales records and order logs are updated and maintained in the system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to guarantee timely delivery of products to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically in MS Excel and Email applications.
- Willingness to travel across Greater Jakarta areas and work flexible hours.
- Valid SIM A (Driving License) is highly preferred.
- Positive attitude and a strong drive to meet sales targets.
