Tanggung Jawab
- Sell packaged drinking water products to retail outlets across Jabodetabek area
- Proactively identify and onboard new retail customers and distribution channels
- Manage order processing, fulfillment, and delivery coordination
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic account management
- Conduct market research to identify emerging sales opportunities
- Maintain comprehensive sales records and performance metrics
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key retail partners
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG or beverage industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with Jakarta metropolitan geography and retail landscape
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficient in smartphone applications for sales reporting
