Your primary focus will be on monitoring stock levels, anticipating customer needs, and proposing optimal stock volumes that align with our client's requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage customers' stock inventory levels regularly to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to accurately estimate future requirements.
- Propose and negotiate stock volumes with clients to ensure optimal inventory turnover.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate recording of sales data and inventory changes in the system.
- Coordinate with logistics or warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of proposed stock volumes.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding client preferences and product performance.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, retail sales, or customer service is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent analytical skills to estimate needs and calculate appropriate stock levels.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Valid government ID and SSS/UMID number (required for employment in the Philippines).
- Willingness to work full-time and reside in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
