PT NIRO Ceramic Sales Indonesia (PT NCSI), a subsidiary of PT NIRO Granite Group, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium NIRO ceramic tiles and products across Indonesia. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Pekanbaru, Riau and help drive our business growth in the Sumatran market.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and promoting our high-quality ceramic product portfolio. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers including distributors, retailers, contractors, and interior designers in the Pekanbaru region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring consistent revenue growth
- Present and demonstrate NIRO ceramic products to potential clients, highlighting quality, design, and competitive advantages
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Riau market
- Provide technical advice and consultation on product selection for various construction and renovation projects
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory management plans
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in building materials, tiles, furniture, or construction-related industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Indonesian language; English is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Fresh graduates with strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle is preferred
- Willingness to travel within the Riau province and surrounding areas
