Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Deliver professional product presentations and educate clients on the benefits and usage of our pharmaceutical products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth areas.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasting to management.
- Participate in medical conferences and trade exhibitions to expand professional networks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical detailing is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle for travel purposes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
- High level of integrity and commitment to medical ethics.
