Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal shelf presentation.
- Execute company-led promotions and marketing campaigns to drive store traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising to attract customers and improve product visibility.
- Provide detailed product information to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide insights on market trends to management.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino (or local dialect).
- Strong numerical aptitude for inventory management and basic cash handling.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and meet individual sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college degree is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as per store requirements.
