Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and expand sales coverage in the assigned territories (Brebes, Bulakamba, Tanjung, Kersana, Indramayu).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of sales reports, forecasts, and inventory data.
- Promote company products and services to maximize market share and sales volume.
- Conduct regular visits to outlets to ensure product availability and display standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or Retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and willingness to travel within the assigned areas.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Deep knowledge of the local market in West Java is a significant advantage.
