Tanggung Jawab
- Present and sell company products to new and existing clients in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and outlets, including General Trade and Pareto
- Achieve sales targets by effectively pitching products and closing deals
- Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities
- Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and promotional activities
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales team
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using sales tools and software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
