Kaimay Trading Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative / Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be the face of our premium confectionery and liquor brands, ensuring our products are perfectly positioned to drive sales and captivate customers.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a retail environment and takes pride in store presentation. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, managing stock rotation, and identifying opportunities to expand our shelf presence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing retail clients and key decision-makers.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to grow our market footprint.
- Execute impeccable merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management to guarantee optimal product rotation and minimize wastage.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing, reporting findings to the management team.
- Perform regular stock checks and process replenishment orders to ensure zero out-of-stock scenarios.
- Address client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent professional certification.
- Proven experience in sales, merchandising, or account management, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Proficiency in basic inventory management practices and retail store layout optimization.
- Possession of a valid driving license is a significant advantage.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of personal accountability.
