Tanggung Jawab
- Interact with customers to identify their specific automotive spare part needs.
- Provide accurate information regarding product availability, compatibility, and pricing.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to ensure loyalty.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Assist in promoting new products and company promotions to drive sales volume.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Vocational Diploma (D3) in Automotive or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical details simply.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
