Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute order-taking processes for assigned retail outlets in West Bandung and East Bandung
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and store managers
- Monitor product inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability at retail points
- Implement promotional activities and sales campaigns in assigned territories
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for regional management
- Identify new business opportunities and potential retail partnerships
- Provide market feedback to product development and marketing teams
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales or order-taking roles
- Deep understanding of Bandung's retail landscape (West and East areas)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with retail partners
- Proficiency in order management systems and basic sales analytics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid motorcycle license and willingness for frequent field visits
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
