Tanggung Jawab
- Daily customer visits for product detailing and demonstrations
- Monitor and verify product availability at retail points
- Assist customers with order tracking and fulfillment logistics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
- Achieve monthly sales targets in assigned territory
- Collect market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Prepare daily sales activity and inventory reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 year sales experience (healthcare/FMCG preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English beneficial
