Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new retail partners to expand market reach for tea products.
- Conduct regular sales visits to existing clients to maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely stock replenishment.
- Present product demonstrations and training to shop owners to drive product awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities in the region.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Possession of a valid SIM A (car driving license) is required for field work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (Indonesian language proficiency is a plus).
