Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with beauty retailers and distributors in traditional trade channels
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for beauty products
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal product visibility and merchandising
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the beauty sector
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance analytics
- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns
- Train retail staff on product features and selling techniques
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account receivables
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) with preference for marketing/business graduates
- 1-3 years of sales experience in FMCG or beauty industry
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid driver's license with own transportation (transport allowance provided)
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievement record
- Knowledge of Medan's traditional trade market is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
