Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell automotive spare parts to retail stores and customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in product training and development programs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, preferably with a background in sales or automotive
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts and components is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software
- Valid driver's license is preferred
