Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell a wide range of quality lighting products to potential and existing customers.
- Provide expert product knowledge and technical advice to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with showroom organization, inventory management, and visual merchandising displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally and promptly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software or POS systems.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
