Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product sales to retail outlets and beauty stores
- Manage outlet payment collection and financial reconciliation
- Generate detailed sales performance reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Coordinate with distribution team for inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales experience in FMCG or beauty products
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proficient in sales reporting and data analysis
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Basic knowledge of beauty industry products preferred
- Willingness to travel within Bengkulu region
