Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized assistance
- Manage inventory control processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention
- Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards for all product displays and sales areas
- Actively support sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional campaign execution
- Process POS transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and customer flow
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly with solution-oriented approaches
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong numerical aptitude for sales transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and retail software
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
