Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting products and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and digital payments, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute marketing programs and promotional activities effectively.
- Report daily sales activities and customer feedback to the store manager to support decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; D3 in Marketing or Retail Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Basic computer literacy for POS system operation.
