Korn Ferry is seeking a dedicated Sales Retail Professional to manage our retail presence in the Bandung, Subang, and Padalarang regions. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, working directly with store owners to build lasting relationships that drive product visibility and availability. We are looking for a motivated individual who excels at executing sales strategies and ensuring our products stand out on the shelves.
Your primary focus will be on executing field activities that ensure our brand is well-represented. You will visit various retail outlets to manage inventory levels, optimize product displays, and gather vital market feedback. By maintaining a strong rapport with local store owners, you will ensure our products are not only available but also highlighted to maximize sales opportunities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners and managers.
- Ensure products are prominently displayed and fully stocked according to brand standards.
- Execute daily field visits to assigned retail outlets in Bandung, Subang, and Padalarang.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock-outs.
- Implement sales strategies to drive product uptake and increase market share.
- Collect and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, FMCG, or field sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with store owners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Proficient in using mobile devices for reporting and data entry.
