Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and develop relationships with Modern Trade accounts to ensure high product visibility.
- Monitor daily stock levels and conduct regular market visits to maintain merchandising standards.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to resolve inventory and delivery issues.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and provide feedback on product performance.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities and product launches in retail outlets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level is SMA (High School Diploma).
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in sales is considered a significant advantage.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM A) and a personal vehicle.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
