Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with existing and potential retail partners.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct regular site visits and customer consultations to understand needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to retail partners as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in retail sales or business development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino/Bisaya.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the Cebu region as necessary for client engagements.
