Our Semarang location serves as a hub for our retail operations in Central Java, and we're looking for individuals who are not just salespeople but brand ambassadors who can effectively communicate the value and quality of our metal products to customers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Actively seek out and engage potential customers to drive sales of metal products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate the features and benefits of metal products
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably with metal or construction products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of metal products, materials, and applications is a plus
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
