Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners and staff
- Drive product sales through strategic in-store promotions and merchandising
- Monitor product availability and inventory levels at partner retail locations
- Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal product visibility
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities and consumer trends
- Coordinate with distribution teams to ensure timely product replenishment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or B2B selling
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of local retail market dynamics in Tegal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
