Join Batara Surya Semesta as a Sales Retail & Sales Project and drive our premium product portfolio to B2B and B2C markets across Semarang and Bali. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute B2B and B2C sales activities for specialized company products in Semarang and Bali regions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and relationship management
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs
- Prepare and present sales proposals aligned with customer requirements
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies for target markets
- Monitor sales performance and report progress to management
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) with preference for D3/S1 graduates in business or marketing
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or B2B sales environments
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Semarang and Bali
- Results-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities
