This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving the market presence and distribution excellence of our world-renowned ESSE product variants within the retail channel.
As a supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our regional sales operations. You will be tasked with navigating the unique retail landscape of Bali, ensuring that KT&G products are the top choice for consumers and retailers alike. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily sales operations and distribution activities within the Klungkung territory.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the retail sales team to ensure all volume targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize the distribution of ESSE products and their variants.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.
- Conduct regular market visits to audit product visibility, pricing, and merchandising standards in all retail outlets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure seamless product availability across the region.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in sales or distribution management, specifically within the FMCG or Tobacco industry.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven history of managing and developing field-based sales teams.
- Deep knowledge of the local retail market and geography in Klungkung and the surrounding Bali areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive KPIs.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or sales tracking software.
