Alpine Cool Utama is seeking a dedicated Sales & Service Administrator to join our growing team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will serve as the central point of support for our sales operations, ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing sales documents, processing customer orders, and preparing comprehensive reports that drive our business decisions.

As an integral part of our team, you will also monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and coordinate with internal departments to streamline service delivery. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and organize all sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and quotations.
  • Process customer orders and handle incoming inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Assist in coordinating sales and service team activities to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and digital records.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in business administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or office support is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
